Birch Community is a hotel and members club based just outside London - it was named as one of the most exciting hotel openings in 2020 by Conde Nast Traveller.
What did I do?
Created the social strategy and launched their social channels in 2020. This included developing the tone of voice, content formats, and building relationships with partners to grow the channels.
